Door Forward is a team built to assist homeowners in all types of situations. Through our extensive knowledge of the real estate market, network of resources, and years of practice, we are confident that we can find a solution to any homeowner’s obstacle. We offer a variety of services ranging from purchasing and selling homes to consulting services for a wide variety of issues.
When working with Door Forward, you have many options. Some of these options do have certain costs associated with them – listing your house with a realtor, renovations on your property, etc. Although costs are inevitable when making changes to your property, Door Forward works to the best of our ability to keep all of your costs low. However, If you choose to sell your property to us, it will be done at zero cost to you.
Our process is pretty straightforward and we are always honest with our customers. During the consultation, we will look at the location and current condition of the property. In addition, we will show you comparable properties in the area and explain what repairs we see are needed (if any). There are many pieces of information that we take into consideration in order to offer a fair market value price on properties. The most important value we stand by is full transparency during this process.
We do have realtors on staff. However, we realize that listing a property is not the solution or among the needs of all homeowners. If listing your property with a realtor is something you are interested in, we are willing to speak with you about a discounted commission if you choose this option. In addition, if you choose to sell your property to us without listing it on the market, there will be no commission or additional fees.
Yes, no issue is too big for us. Feel free to call us and we can discuss your best option.
There is no obligation or commitment of any kind when discussing your options with us. We understand that there are many routes to consider when making a decision with your property and we do not ask anything of you when we first evaluate your property and discuss your options.
